Terms & conditions
Last updated 1 January 2026.
These terms apply to every travel agency ("you", "the agency") that uses the Partner Portal portal ("we", "us"), and to its staff and sub-agents. By opening an account or making a booking you accept them on behalf of your agency.
1. Your account
- Accounts are for registered travel businesses. We review each application and may ask for trade licences, identity documents and other proof before approving it.
- You are responsible for everyone you give access to, for keeping passwords and sign-in codes private, and for every action taken from your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Bookings
- You act for your customers. Make sure passenger names, dates of birth and passport details are exactly as in their travel documents; airlines may refuse boarding or charge for corrections.
- A held booking is a reservation, not a ticket. The airline sets the time limit and may cancel the reservation or change the fare before tickets are issued.
- Passports, visas, health requirements and transit rules are the passenger's responsibility; advise your customers to check them.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in your account currency and include the taxes the supplier states at the time. They are confirmed again before booking and before ticketing.
- Tickets and other services are paid from your deposit. You cannot issue beyond your available balance unless we have agreed credit with you in writing.
- Deposits are credited once received and verified. Charges from your bank or payment provider are yours.
- The markups and service fees you charge your own customers and sub-agents are your responsibility, including any tax on them.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Voids, refunds, reissues and cancellations follow the fare rules of the airline or the terms of the supplier, plus any service fee shown to you before you accept. See our Refund & cancellation policy.
5. Suppliers
Flights, hotels and other services are provided by airlines and suppliers under their own conditions of carriage and terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, schedule changes, delays, overbooking or failures, but we will help you pursue what they owe.
6. Acceptable use
Do not make speculative, duplicate or fictitious bookings, hold inventory you do not intend to sell, scrape the portal, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do, and may charge back fees that airlines impose on us because of them.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, has an unpaid balance, or when we are required to by law or by a supplier. You may close your account at any time; bookings already made stay subject to these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.
