This policy explains what personal information Partner Portal handles when agencies and their staff use the portal, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Agency and staff details: company name, address, licences and registration documents; names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of the people on the account.
- Passenger details you enter: names, dates of birth, nationality, passport details, contact details and special requests such as meals or assistance.
- Transactions: bookings, tickets, deposits, payments and after-sales requests.
- Technical data: sign-in records, IP address, device and browser information, used to keep accounts secure.
Why we use it
- To make and manage bookings with airlines, hotels and other suppliers, who need passenger details to carry your customers.
- To run your account, take payments, keep accounting records and provide support.
- To protect accounts and prevent fraud, and to meet legal, tax and aviation security obligations (such as advance passenger information).
Who we share it with
With the airlines, hotels, distribution systems and other suppliers needed to fulfil a booking; with payment providers; with service providers who host and support the platform under confidentiality; and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require, then it is deleted or anonymised.
Security
Access is protected by passwords and e-mailed sign-in codes, data is encrypted in transit, and staff access is limited to what their work needs.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to what we must keep by law. As the agency that entered passenger details, you are responsible for having the right to share them with us and for telling your customers how they are used.
