Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated 1 January 2026.

This policy explains how cancellations, voids, refunds and changes work for bookings made on Partner Portal.

Held bookings

A booking on hold can be cancelled from the booking page before its time limit at no charge. Once the time limit passes, the airline may cancel it without notice.

Voiding a ticket

Most tickets can be voided on the day they were issued (by the airline's cut-off time). A void returns the ticket amount to your deposit, less any void fee shown to you before you confirm.

Refunds

  • Refunds follow the fare rules of the ticket. Non-refundable fares may return only unused taxes.
  • Ask for a refund from the booking. We send a quote showing the airline's refund, their penalties and our service fee; nothing is processed until you accept it.
  • Accepted refunds are credited to your deposit once the airline has approved them. Airlines can take from a few days to several weeks.

Changes and reissues

Date, route or name changes are subject to the airline's rules, any fare difference and change fees. Request a reissue from the booking; you see the full cost before you accept.

Hotels and eSIMs

Hotel cancellations follow the cancellation policy shown when you booked the room. eSIMs cannot be refunded once the plan has been issued to the traveller.

Airline cancellations and schedule changes

If the airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, we will tell you the options the airline offers (rebooking or refund) and handle the request for you without a service fee.
